Beginning

  The beginning is always the hardest.  This blog is an attempt to put into perspective our life's journey.  Eventually poetry, photos, and personal observations will be published. All of The poetry is Jan's original work as well as the photos.  She was a special person who loved her family more than Just about anything.  I made her a promise that I would take care of myself so that Journey will also be revealed as it takes place.  As this story unfolds hopefully it will be inspirational and spiritually uplifting nothing would have pleased her more.  She left this world March 2, 2011 but her spirit lives on in family and friends still.  She is still my mentor and best friend and I still learn from her even today.  With love Dave
